What You Will Be Doing
This is a client-facing role, where you will be at the heart of the sales process, providing outstanding support to the lead agent while delivering a first-class experience for buyers and sellers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing the buyer and seller database through proactive follow-ups and engagement
- Building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process with care and professionalism
- Handling buyer enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with open homes and auctions
- Prospecting for future sellers and helping to identify new opportunities
Supporting the lead agent with negotiations, contract management, and inspections - Attending property photoshoots, inspections, and valuations

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- QLD Real Estate Sales Registration
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, organisation & attention to detail
- Full-time availability, including Saturdays
